To help our team complete your pool opening efficiently, please make sure the following is taken care of before your appointment:

Water Prep: Have a working garden hose available and remove excessive leaves, branches or heavy debris from the pool cover before we arrive.
Access: Make sure backyard gates, pool equipment areas and sheds are unlocked and easy for our team to access.
Equipment: Have ladders, railings, plugs and other required pool components available near the pool.
Safety: Please keep children, pets and unnecessary foot traffic away from the work area while our team is completing the service.
Post-Opening Water Care: Customers are responsible for drop-in step installation. Once your pool is circulating, bring a water sample to TN Pools LeisureScapes in Alexandria for help getting your water properly balanced.

Please Note: Heavy debris removal, detailed cover cleaning, vacuuming and additional water treatments are not included in the standard pool opening. Additional visits or services may be billed separately.
